A platform built on real experience
CityTourXR — CTXR for short — is an initiative by ArtiShock Productions in collaboration with Braaf. It grew out of years of location-based Augmented Reality projects, executed and curated by ArtiShock XR Productions. We turned that experience into a platform, so others can benefit from it in a whole new way.
A different approach
No predefined WordPress backend, but an AI-ready JSON-on-disk file structure. Safe, fast and fully ready for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Every piece of content is a node — a JSON record with a Schema.org @type. A Place, a Review, an ImageObject, a TouristTrip. The type describes what the node is, not which table it belongs to.
Place-lists, not play-lists
CTXR lets your audience create their own routes, without bias. Participation is fully browser-based: people collect the location-based experiences and media they like, submit reviews, receive proximity notifications, and save and share their own routes. We call them Place-lists.
